My teaching philosophy is one that  prioritizes a safe and caring environment where individuals feel free to speak their mind and share their thoughts and ideas. I believe that as a educator, I learn from my students, clients, colleagues and community.

I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to every interaction I have with a student.  I know that over time my philosophy will change depending on my experiences and this reflects my desire for continuous learning.
