  • promote nursing as a caring, client-centred, scientifically-based profession.
  • prepares nurses for practice in a wide variety of health care settings through curricula that are responsive to real world needs.            

Brock University: Bachelor of Arts Health Studies- 2001

Brock's BA in Health Studies focused on:

  • enabling students to learn and apply knowledge from biosciences, social sciences, statistical sciences, and the humanities to understand the health of individuals, families and communities.

  • students are able to learn, engage and make a difference to the health of the population at a local, national and global level through research and experiential education.
